How will my details be used?
I respect your privacy. We only store the information required to deliver your order and will not share that information with any third party. I do not store your payment information.
When will my order arrive?
Usually within a week, but it can depend on the item. Most items should be in stock. If not, then I will make a fresh item for you. This might take up to seven days to dispatch.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the UK may take longer.

Will someone need to sign for my order?
Yes. We send orders by Royal Mail 1st Class "Signed For".
If your order arrives damaged please contact me via the contact page and I will help in returning the item. I am unable to deal with any returns or exchanges unless you have contacted me this way first.
I am happy to refund your order within 10 days of your order dispatch date provided the item is returned new, unused and undamaged in its complete original packaging. All online sales are final 10 days after the date of dispatch.
I reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements stated above.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. I am not responsible for damaged or lost returns, so I recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance. I will not issue refunds for lost or damaged goods returned to me. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, I will process your refund, less shipping costs.
Some of what I make is custom and unique. I am unable to accept returns of custom orders.
